「A fantastic resort experience elevated by a great room upgrade and lovely pool staff!」
+The room upgrade significantly enhanced our stay and made it very comfortable. The pool staff were wonderful,extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our time there.
−First impressions with some of the younger reception and housekeeping staff felt a bit unprofessional due to giggling and lack of privacy around guest rooms. However, the rest of the team and the experience overall were great.

「Paradise found.」
+The breakfast was a huge selection of Thai and Asian dishes plus egg and noodle soup station. Fruit selection, yoghurt, salad bar, juice, pastries, Thai cakes and homemade bread.
−We didn’t want to leave.

「การพักร้อนในฝันเลยค่ะ」
+พนักงานน่ารักมาก บริการเริ่ด ทุกคนมีเซอร์วิสมาย ทำให้การพักผ่อนของเราสมบูรณ์แบบมาก หายเหนื่อยจากการทำงานหนักไปเลย ส่วนอาหารเช้าอร่อยมากๆ รสชาติเผ็ดแซ่บแบบทางใต้เลยเราปลื้มปริ่มมาก เราพักที่เกาะ2รร.อีกที่รร.5ดาวที่หาดพัทยา อาหารเช้าที่นั่นรสชาติเอาใจต่างชาติไม่ถูกจริตเรา 😁
−ไม่มีค่ะชอบทุกอย่าง อาจจะแค่รร.มีการรีโนเวท ทำให้พนักงานก่อสร้างดูวุ่นวายช่วงกลางวันบ้าง แต่ไม่ส่งผลอะไรกับเราค่ะ ใครที่ยังเลือกรร.อยู่บอกเลยถ้าไม่พักที่นี่พลาดมาก ถ้ามีโอกาสไปเที่ยวเราจะพักที่นี่อีก

「Estadia agradável à beira mar」
+A localização, é literalmente em cima da praia. O facto de ter transporte incluído entre o cais e o hotel.
−Falta de sumos naturais no pequeno almoço, constantemente a solicitar omelete com cogumelos e embora me dissessem que faziam, nunca estava disponível. Alguma demora na reposição de panquecas e waffles. Muitos funcionários mas pouca vontade de trabalhar.

+The staff were fantastic, welcoming, kind and brilliant with the kids. Access to water sports was brilliant and things such as a free shuttle to walking street was excellent. The location is fantastic being able to snorkel from the beach is perfect. Even with extensive building work and one pool being out of action, we had the best time.

「Bel hôtel en cours de rénovation」
+Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre récente et c’était très agréable malgré les escaliers à monter. Le personnel est incroyable:) Bon buffet de déjeuner également

「Excellent stay, highly recommend」
+Beautiful hotel with VERY comfortable and modern rooms, great pools (2) and a very ideal spot on sunrise beach. The staff was over the top kind and helpful, I had a problem which required a hospital visit and a change in my dates and they helped me get everything sorted out. I have rarely experienced staff go so out of their way for guests unless you’re paying upwards of $700 per night. This is an excellent value for the money. I stayed a few other places on the island and I think this is worth the slightly higher price for what you get here. The WiFi worked well and the bathtub was very clean and nice.. I don’t usually trust a hotel tub but it was so clean that it looked brand new! I was very happy solo, but It would also be a particularly nice place for couples. The food at the restaurant was also nice and fresh.
