「Good for an overnight stay.. brekky avail onsite for additional fee:would probably stay here again」
+Room was ok, bed was comfy and clean shower was hot and great water pressure. A/C worked well staff were good to deal with on arrival.
−2 chairs in room, one was an older single seat lounge style chair that was grubby.. other chair the seat cushion was splitting open. there were 2 of drink glasses 2 wine glasses 2 of everything except coffee/ tea cups only 1 coffee cup.. :-( and we were hoping to swim, but the pool was drained and out of action. using TV required 2 remotes 1 to turn it on and off and then one to control through a unit on top of TV

「Wonderful and friendly staff」
+The room was very clean and had everything I needed for my 3 night stay in Canberra. Bed was very comfortable and restaurant food and service was excellent. Reception was great and very helpful. I'll be back again.
−The only mark down was the lukewarm coffee machine coffee which was the only coffee available. First thing in the morning with a good breakfast you need good coffee, and unfortunately you won't find it here.

「Suitable hotel for a quick overnight work trip, not as holiday destination.」
+Front desk staff were really helpful in check in time. The room was large with a comfortable bed, work desk and chair. Breakfast variations were suitable for one night stay. Shower was hot and good pressure. Onsite parking.
−Whilst the bed and pillow were comfortable, the sheets were hospital grade bland. At least they were clean. The foot peddle bin in the room didnt open.

「Cheap but nasty….」
+The location is fine
−A very hard and cheap mattress with no mattress protector. Very thin sheet on a mattress with no moisture barrier…. I would hate to think what your sleeping on. The bath/shower had a dirt stain or ring around the base.

「Experience was not good. Place was horrible and dirty」
+Breakfast was ok
−It was dirty, there was no internet connection in our apartment for the whole duration of our stay. The sheets have stains on them. One staff member was rude and talks over you when you bring to her attention the issues in the room
