「Communication needs improvement」
+The hotel is ok - Clean and in a very nice location. Reception staff were helpful and sweet however when you call front desk you have to try so many times for them to pick up your call. Imagine it is an emergency 🤔 Need to be prompt and when you promise to call the customer back to update them and give them a time frame please do it - it shows respect and professionalism. Thank you though

「Nice hotel with a very kind team!」
+I recommand it!The hotel was very nice, perfectly situated and the team was just perfect. The breakfast was complete, one of the best compared to the other ibis hotels. The room was nice with a view on the swimming pool. Some details in the rooms must be improved (the bathroom door lock was broken, the pillows were not too comfortable).

「AMAZING!!」
+This hotel is one of the most amazing hotels I visited in algeria, it's so clean and calm and the food is so good! I could work from the hotel room, solid network, peace and good AC as as well. Look forward to going there again, my business trips are always fun and this hotel is one of the reasons it is always the case.
