+Helpful staff. Nice and comfortable and clean. Great Breakfast. Near station and Reading centre
−My toilet wouldn't flush. So they gave me a new room. Then the water was off all night for Maintenance, but after it was supposed to be done I had no hot water. But the helpful staff gave me money back so I was happy they took it seriously

−drug addicts outside electric socket hanging off wall no cleaned . no slip mat in shower. hot and cold taps markers not there.

「Overnight Stay in Reading for Two .」
+Great location, parking was value for money at £7.00 near by carpark with the ibis validation. Breakfast was very good at £8.00 each if you book it with reception which wasn't advertised until the waitress told us it would cost £12.00 each if we booked it with the restaurant.
