−This property is a SCAM. I checked in at 8 PM , they gave me a suffocated room and argued that it is what I requested for , then I said what about the AC not working? Then they gave me another room where AC was not working again , now finally the third room where AC finally worked. Taxi - They say its 170 dirhams To airport, I went out and the manager followed me saying oh are you alone. They have taxis outside the hotel and they agreed for 70 dirhams to airport. I will never recommend this hotel.

「Good love the staff」
−Some broken furniture in the rooms and the window was looking to an ugly area but it was next to the swimming pool which is 👍

「Gutes Hotel zum übernachten, um alles erreichen zu können und nett essen zu gehen. Ideal, wenn man jetzt mit dem Zug kom」
+Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen man konnte überall zu schnellen Restaurants zu Fuß zum Bahnhof zu Fuß in der Gegend rum spazieren schönen Abendspaziergang machen. Und deswegen im Pool der war ausreichend tief genug. Hat auch sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Ihr kommt man wirklich verweilen
−Leider war das Bett kaputt. Die Lattenroste waren defekt der Service musste kommen, hat die Lattenroste mit dem Tacker fest geackert ihr seid seinen Sinn, erfüllt aber trotzdem nicht professionell. Es wird am Swimmingpool Alkohol getrunken das finden wir nicht gut für die Kinder

「A place to sleep by the train station to head out of Marrachek for home」
+Breakfast Garden was beautiful! The breakfast was wonderful!
−The rooms have not be updated since 1960! The hallway carpet was dirty! The bath towels only 2 were dingy and old! No mats, no chair, no amenities. Breakfast should have been included in my package they said wasn’t so I had to pay for it!! Poor communication

「Perfect Location, but improvements are needed」
+The hotel has a perfect location, especially for travelers who need easy access to the train station and airport. The staff are polite and friendly. However, the rooms, facilities, cleanliness, and breakfast all need improvement, with better management and more attention to detail. Considering that this is an ibis hotel, I expected a higher standard of comfort and service. With improvements in these areas, the hotel could provide a much better guest experience and meet the expectations associated with the ibis brand.

「Pas du tout au niveau d'un ibis à 100 euros la nuit single」
+Le personnel est très sympathique
−Le petit déjeuner est catastrophique : pas d'œufs brouillés, j'ai dû demander et attendre des fruits (uniquement orange), du yaourt nature. Pas d'avoine. Pas de fromage ( que de la vache kiri mon dieu!). Pour le prix qu'on paie (quasi 100euros) la nuit single c'est vraiment très en dessous du marché comme offre. Ma chambre aussi laissait à désirer : la douche était bouchée et le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas, obliger de descendre pour commander de l'eau....

−Bien que nous avons réservé notre séjour avec chien sur l’app. L’hôtel nous a gentiment demandé de payer un supplément pour le chien.
