+El personal de aseo hacen muy bien su trabajo y son amables. Ubicación.
−El personal de la recepción podrían tener un poco más de servicio al cliente. La ventana de la habitación solo podía abrirse si en recepción se pedia una manija y piden que se regrese en 5 minutos. El recambio de aire es solo 5 minutos y eso, si uno lo pide a recepción.

「Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Basel」
+Das gute Frühstück ist besonders hervorzuheben. Die Lage ist zentral und gut zu erreichen. Personal sehr freundlich.
−Die Buchung lautete auf 2 Einzelbetten. Tatsächlich waren es zwar 2 schmale Matratzen, aber zu einem Bett fest verbaut. Konnten nicht verrückt werden.

「Tudo perfeito!」
+Hotel bem localizado, a poucos minutos a pé da estação de trem (SBB Bahnhoff), básico, mas extremamente limpo e confortável. Banho ótimo, internet boa, funcionários atenciosos mesmo com quem não fala alemão. A TV tem canais de vários países, a iluminação do quarto é ótima, inclusive com blackout elétrico na janela. Perfeito para dormir bem.

「Sorunsuz bir konaklamaydı. Memnun kaldım. Tek dezavantajı küçük olmasaydı fakat küçük alan iyi kullanılmış.」

「Very, very basic room. Glad that we only had to stay 1 night. Next time would pay more to stay somewhere else.」
+Close proximity to train station. Easy tram ride into town. Staff was friendly and helpful.
−Comfort of bed was not great. Only 1 hard chair to sit on. No hand towel only 2 very thin towels Area was noisy at night. The person in the next room made a long call on speaker phone and you could hear everything through the wall. TV had to unplugged to shut off light bar under TV at night.

−The room is too small for a couple, and the bathroom is so cramped that it could be very difficult to use comfortably, especially for guests.who are moderately fat!
