「Nice short get away」
+The room was so comfortable, especially the bed! Nice sitting area outside with picnic tables. Good location, close to everything.
−The complementary breakfast was subpar, went elsewhere,

+Chambre complètement rénovée ! Très bien!
−Il y avait encore des odeurs de peinture ou solvants qui se sont atténués. Mais c'était mineure par rapport à la qualité des nouvelles chambres et de l'accueil

「Room not acceptably clean and Manager failed to follow through with his promise」
+The man at the front desk (I believe his name is Alan) was very welcoming and pleasant.
−The room was unacceptable. The bathroom light switch was dirty. Molding was partially removed from the bathroom doorway. There was a stain on the comforter of one of the beds. Shampoo and conditioner were partially used. Fagan agreed to waive our booking.com deposit, because we chose to leave after ten minutes of being in the room. Even though we did not stay, once we left he responded to booking.com that we slept in the room and used everything in the room so he was unable to waive the deposit. I then called him to question why he declined the refund and he told me he has now corrected it and he has approved the refund. I asked him who he spoke with and he told me he has a hotline number for Booking.com. I asked him if he could email me proof that the waive of deposit was approved. He told me he would email it to me right then and I gave him my email address, but an email never arrived. If he was not going to approve the refund he could have offered to have us use a different room, or have housecleaning thoroughly re-clean the room we were in, but he did not offer that. Instead he assured me that he would approve the refund and, as a result, we left the hotel right away.

「DONT STAY HERE.」
−The Hitel was falling apart. The only reason we stayed was because it was after midnight and we were exhausted. I've complained to both Booking and the Howard Johson. NO ONE HAS BOTHERED YO CONTACT ME.

「Average, staff great, room not up to standards」
+The Staff was very accommodating to our needs, the manager on day shift was very respective and very helpful when we needed some repairs in our bathroom to unclog the sink. The breakfast was very good and always ready in the morning. The manager was there to set it up and and assist you in getting your coffee while you were getting your brekfast. This was a very nice jester by him and the cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful.
−The room just was not up to par. Bathroom remodel didn't give it that clean look. Room didn't have a chair to sit in. Was not up to par.

「Considering the area it’s not a bad place to stay for a night.」
+Breakfast was almost gone when I got there, luckily theres a couple of sausages left and some potatoes. The young lady made fresh coffee though.
−The evening clerk was not very helpful and had a little attitude. When you’ve been on the road for almost all day a little nice attitude from staff would be nice. She wasn’t very clear when I asked about where to get some good eats.
