「lovely hotel」
+beautiful hotel in a great location. Lovely staff as well.
−The only was it’s a vegetarian hotel which we wasn’t aware of. Not a massive drama but don’t get ready for a cooked breakfast of bacon and sausage. Still lots of things to choose from.

「Excellent hotel」
+Excellent hotel, close to many attractions and restaurants. Good size room, clean and with all amenities you might need, cofee and tea facilities in the room. Very polite and professional staff who will make you feel wellcome and accomodate for every need you might have and always with a smile.

「Best lil Boutique Hotel」
+This lil boutique style hotel was excellent. Superb communication before, during, and after my stay. Top notch personal touch and service. Clean room, spacious for Europe, modern, just thee absolute best. Recommend and will stay again when I return to Rome. They put the C in customer service!
−I requested reserve now pay when you stay, they charged me 100% for the room 2-3 days before arrival. Dont advertise as reserve now pay later when you arrive at property, Simply say reserve now. Full payment due 72 hours before arrival.

「Great break in Rome」
+Great location
−We had issues with water leak through air con unit, they had engineers out, but was unable to resolve, they did offer to change our room & them gave us free shuttle to airport.

「Lovely hotel, amazing and friendly staff, fantastic location - a really great value overall!」
+Such amazing friendly staff from the moment my sister and I arrived. Loved the prosecco on arrival. Breakfast was nice and they even organized to bring us a few things to eat when we had checked out and were waiting to head to the train station even though breakfast had ended already. That was super sweet! The room size was solid, we had a cute little balcony that had a lovely view of the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a great size, good lighting, hot water, great shower pressure, lots of towels. They also had a nice rooftop outdoor area where we worked for a bit each day. The neighborhood was quiet and super close to the train station as well as all other tourist attractions! We could walk easily to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. We felt super safe at the hotel and walking within the area. This was my second visit to Rome but I had not been in 10 years. We booked this the night before and our stay here made it a great quick trip. I'd definitely book here again!
