「Problemas con el cambio para conseguir euros」
−Que no me pudieron dar cambio de dólares a euros ni tampoco me pudieron asesorar dónde había una casa de cambio o un banco para cambiar no me ayudaron en absoluto.

「(Almost) everything you’d expect from a high-end hotel」
+Superb location. The room was very spacious and well furnished, with a very comfortable bed. The neighbourhood was quiet, and breakfast offered a wide selection of dishes. Overall, I find the hotel lived up to the high standards you would expect from a property of this level
−Surprisingly, there was no free power socket near the bed to charge my phone, so I had to unplug the bedside lamp. The coffee was awful, a better coffee machine would be a worthwhile investment

+La posizione è fantastica. Colazione molto buona. Stanze grandi e pulite. Il bagno molto grande e pulito.
−L'arredamento delle stanze è un po' vecchio. Nel bagno la doccia perdeva.

「Great memory!」
+The Lady that met us when we checked in made us feel special. She is to be commended for going above and beyond. The Hotel is the best location you’ll find in Old Town. We loved it!
−Please put Kleenex in the rooms?

「Perfect」
+This hotel is in a good location in old town Kotor . The staff were friendly and helpful .The hotel was clean and well kept. My room was also spacious and there was no major problem with noise as no vehicular traffic can enter the old town . Most of the visiting tourists in the area leave by early evening , so the area is quiet and peaceful during the night The breakfast at the hotel was quite nice with reasonable choice. My stay was definitely relaxing and enjoyable.
