「Asking extra money for room with A/C」
+Dnt mention non A/C room in the listing.. asked more money during check in and we dnt have any other rather than to pay as room is reserved and it’s non cancellable. This hotel has high reputation for decades and it’s really sad to see check in staff making money out of it

+Staff is not aware of the property. Not worth for the money. Was forced to pay again 1000 INR & the receipt was not given for the full payment. Not recommended for all

「Friendly and helpfull」
+Very friendly and helpful manager and staff. Only trouble was that they did not want to give me a/c room I had paid for. They claimed it was Hotels.com who had maked a mistake. But they did not reply to my mail, even after 5 dayes now!
+We booked a/c room they didn't give me a/c room. They told you have booked normal room so . We are showing the booking details still no respond from them
「Decent hotel close to the foothills」
+A decent choice for an individual or family looking for a short stay at a walkable distance to PALANI foothills to climb up or to visit Avinankudi temple...a bit pricey for the basic amenities...friendly staff and decent restaurant

+The hotel is very near to the temple step entrance. A perfect choice families, especially who come with elder people and kids. The restaurant serves delicious food. The staff, speacially in the reception, very informative and friendly. Thanks to all.

「Nice hotel near to temple steps」
+We stayed only for one night.overall stay was good, rooms are clean, maintained and staffs were kind.
+The hotel is good and the stay was comfortable.But they are not honouring your discount/ secret pricing .I was told by hotel authorities that the discount given by hotels.com will not bind them.I paid full price as prescribed by the hotel and not the amount announced by hotels.com.To some extend I felt cheated.

+I stayed one day just before Thaipoosam. Front office could be better. One supervisor is confused and lacks customer friendly attitude. Hot water was not coming. Receptionist said that it was due to crowd. Still not acceptable.
