「A lovely stay in a clean, well-located hotel with excellent hospitality from Stefano, although the lack of an elevator w」
+Stefano’s hospitality was excellent. He was very attentive, polite, and welcoming. The hotel was also very well located and spotlessly clean.
−The hotel does not have an elevator, and we were staying on the top floor, which made going up and down the stairs a bit inconvenient.
+The location was excellent, very close to the main train station and within easy reach of many tourist attractions. The staff were nice and friendly. However, the room was rather small for three adults, and the bathroom and toilet were also very small, which made things a bit cramped. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, especially because of the convenient location.

+Localização excelente, próximo a estação, e a diversos pontos turísticos. Local limpo, meio estilo "vintage". Foi nos ofertado café da manhã bem simples, mesmo não estando incluso. Funcionários atenciosos.
−Quarto e banheiro com espaço bem reduzido.

「I would pay more to have a more comfortable stay next time on Florence.」
+It was a great location with walking distance from train station and to all the sites. The staff was helpful and friendly. Because it had street access, we were able to get a taxi curbside to airport.
−The room and bathroom were very small. We had to walk up 5 flights of stairs to get to our room. The hotel itself and our room felt very outdated and poorly decorated, not a single picture on the walls of our room. Shower didn't drain well. Carpet and furniture was very old.

「Good location. Bad infrastructure」
+The location is great. Nearby the station and the Dome.
−We had some issues with the stairs (be aware there is no elevator, and lots of steps to get to higher floors), Wifi was barely connecting, and mattress was not great. We didnt complete our stay and changed hotels.
