+国立競技場で予定があったからお世話になりました！ 行きは暑いから電車で行ったけど、歩いて20分くらいだから全然歩ける距離！駅から近くて、スタッフさんが親切。コンビニも近くに沢山あったのも良かった！他の方のレビューにもあったけど、寝るだけなら全然快適！

「まあ、ゲイだから仕方ないとはいえ想像力が多少足りてない部分ある」

−女性のアメニティ、特に生理用品などが無くて本当にゲイが来る場所だと感じた。 女性が来てはいけないみたいな雰囲気漂ってるけど予約できるから女性が来てもいいんですよね。

「Great overall!」
+Very close to the bars and restaurants. Good price especially for location. Staff was friendly, facilities were clean. Great for solo travelers or 2 that dont have much luggage.
−The ac leaked when turned on low temperature so my floor was pretty wet. If youre over 5'7" (170cm) watch your head as the doors are low. Room smelled of smoke when i entered, so if youre not a fan probably not for you. Bathroom was quite small

+Usually motel gave the impression of cigarettes or some carpet mold smell, but this is totally clean. They replaced the floor with tiles, and the doors material is steel (that some old wooden door have that odour).. very clean and tidy. price wise.. online is alot more expensive than walk in price but still cheaper than any hotel price providing that sorta space and location.

+Very convenient in Shinjuku very close to t taemoo he huge wonderful glen (park) and the gay district.

「If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel near the Shinjuku metro station this is a good choice.」
+The hotel does not serve any breakfast. Nor does it claim to. It is located on a side street in Shinjuku and is a 10 minute walk from the Shinjuku metro station. The room was tiny even by Japanese standards but the staff were super helpful even by Japanese standards. Mrs. Josi Godaka at the front desk was extremely helpful, gave me a lot of useful advice and went out of her way to book a taxi for me when i found it difficult to book one.
−The room was absolutely tiny and had no window/ventilation.
