「Great value in Ulaanbaatar!」
+Comfortable, minimalist rooms with an amazing rain shower , hot water and pressure were fantastic. Room comes with kettle, mini fridge, shampoo/shower gel, and free bottled water. Breakfast spread was decent. Wifi connection and speed is superb. Great location close to tourist attractions, easy to explore from here. Note: no safe, extra toiletries, or bathrobe in the room , pack accordingly. Overall, excellent value for money , clean, comfortable, and well-located. Highly recommend!
「No shower, scalding water」
+Writing as we're at the hotel. We arrived at about 1 a.m. after long travels and desperately needed showers. Room was fine but the water from the sink and shower was scaldingly hot. The room phone didn't work so we went down to ask for help. Front desk person said he would try and fix the problem but nothing happened. We went back down and he came to the room but just extremely HOT water. We gave up at about 2:30 a.m. as we were utterly exhausted. In the morning, at breakfast, we heard from another guest that they also didn't have cold water. Wish they had told us when we checked in.

「Nice stay」
+Location of the hotel is very good which is only 300 meters to the Suhkbaatar square. Very quiet and good for the price.

+Great location, 3min walk to Sukhbaatar Square, with restaurants and shops nearby. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot every time, and room/hotel was super clean. Breakfast was tasty and a great range on offer, buffet style, with coffee and juices too! 😋 Staff are friendly and helpful, I was able to check in slightly earlier than my time - which I really appreciated 🙏 There is a small gym available, which is useful after eating a lot 🙈 Felt very safe, went out early mornings and late evenings, lots to see in the area, and also took part in day trips outside of Ulaanbaatar. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and it was incredibly cost effective! Thank you again for a very pleasant stay 😎
「Good Value. Great Location.」
+Ulaanbaatar charming accommodation, at least at a reasonable price point. There also didn't seem to be any hostels in the central area of the city. H9 fit the bill. It was reasonably priced and in an excellent location. I was able to walk to everything that I wanted to see in the city. The hotel is kind of like a business hotel. Not charming but functional. Very clean and with extremely helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. The Wi-Fi worked well and it had hot water and all of the things that you would expect. I would definitely stay there again.
