「Good location, price and service. Best Place to Stay in Shkoder.」
+The location cannot be beat. Its right on the main street and a short walk to the old town, restaurants etc. We stopped in Shkoder mostly to break up a drive. While there is not much to see or do (outside of a trip to the castle for a view ..we had a car and definitely take a car or taxi as far up s you can) and to the Venetian Mask Factory. The hotel itself is a true 4 star in terms of service. The hotel appeared to be fairly new. and has lovely common areas. Everyone at the hotel gave first class service. The hotel appeared to be fairly new and the common areas were very nice. We had a Deluxe Queen Suite. Our suite was comfortable, but not really a suite (see below) . More like a larger then average bedroom Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good size. Lots of plugs where you need them, and good wifi Free parking under the hotel (you have to go around the block to the back side to get in). The attendant, who is out front as security, opened the doors for us to back into the area of the parking devoted to the hotel guests. There is an elevator there into the hotel. Easy to get your luggage and go up and down. Buffet was ok but not a lot of hot food or pastries (mostly different bre
−Our Deluxe Queen Suite however was essentially a slight bigger than an average size bedroom with a large entry area (not usable). So no room for a couch, chair etc. If they said a deluxe room, that would have been fine. But when it says deluxe suite, you get the idea its much bigger that it is. The photos made it look bigger but had i paid closer attention to the lack of a couch, sitting area etc i would have had different expectations. That said, the stay was otherwise what we wanted Buffet could be a bit better with more hot food items and more pastries.

+First of all, I was given a higher-category room , it was more spacious, and the bed was larger. Both the room itself and the bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The hotel is located near the city center. The staff were very friendly and recommended an excellent fish restaurant just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel has a large underground parking garage. There are no issues with parking,unless, of course, you happen to arrive in a Hummer. You can pay for your stay using a bank card.

「מלון מומלץ מאוד」
+השירות היה טוב, ארוחת בוקר טובה מגוונת ,המלון מעוצב ברמה גבוהה, החדרים מרווחים ונקיים מאובזרים עם כל מה שצריך , ממוקם מרחק הליכה קצר מהרחוב המרכזי של המסעדות .

「Gerne wieder」
+Wir haben hier zweimal übernachtet - vor und nach unserer Wanderung auf dem Peaks of the Balkans. Problemlos konnten wir dafür einen Teil unseres Gepäcks im Hotel lassen. Beim 2. Aufenthalt haben wir ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und modern. Das Bett ist bequem, gute Matratzen! Es gibt Netflix und eine Klimaanlage, wir hatten auch jeweils einen Balkon. Außerdem kann man einen ganz gut ausgestatteten Sportraum nutzen. Das Frühstück war gut, aber kein Highlight. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit.
−Beim 2. Mal wurde das Wasser in der Dusche leider nicht richtig warm. Aber ich bin sicher: Hätten wir uns an die Rezeption gewandt, hätten sie sich sofort drum gekümmert. Es ist ein bisschen witzlos, dass im Apartment zwar eine Küchenzeile ist, aber weder Kochgeschirr noch Teller, Besteck oder irgendetwas anderes, womit man sie nutzen könnte.
