「Hotel viejo pdte. de reforma, pero ubicado en un lugar inmejorable」
+Sin duda, la ubicación. Está literalmente al lado del Duomo, ideal para visitar florencia durante 2 días sin tener que hacer grandes desplazamientos.,
−El hotel está viejo, están reformándolo pero nos tocó una planta aún sin reformar. Muy muy viejo. Incluso el baño que era "relativamente" nuevo, se veía viejo y roto. Para 2 noches, estuvo bien. Por su ubicación, se hace buena opción. Y el precio es el justo dada la ubicación y el estado del hotel.

「The location is wonderful for visiting the city center. If you plan on getting sleep then I would recommend bringing ear」
+Great location , can’t say anything else positive honestly.
−No AC , horrible wifi connection (was unable to get work done like I planned on). Window was propped open and unable to close. Could not get any sleep because it sounded like there was someone jack hammering the floor above for all early hours of the morning.

+Extremamente bem localizada. Banheiro no quarto. Quarto com tamanho bom
−Não tinha ar condicionado. Roupa de cama com cheiro de mofo (parecia antiga), mas estava limpa. Banheiro com higiene ok. Para o padrão brasileiro poderia estar mais limpo, mas para padrão europeu estava ótimo

「Avoid this hotel」
+The location was excellent and close to the major museums and sights.
−The room was incredibly small, frankly totally very bad for the price I paid for 3 nights. Other than the great location I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. My room must have been the smallest in the entire 2 star hotel and one step above a hostel room even with a tiny private bathroom. I think Booking.com is NOT a great platform to book. I have had good adequate bookings in the past but this booking , other than the location is a terrible accommodation for the money!!!

+Great location and staff was super helpful. An older property but well maintained and would stay there again!!
−t was a little hard to find when driving, but staff was very helpful in guiding me to the property while on the phone.
