「Great stay」
+- Location is incredibly convenient, just two short blocks away from Loreto Metro station, which made getting around the city effortless. - Check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. - My room was spotless, spacious and clean bathroom. - The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room at a very comfortable temperature. - The hotel and the surroundings were quiet ,no disturbances or unpleasant smells at all. - Having free storage available was a great bonus.

「If you need a cheap layover it’s fine:-)」
+Good location and well working AC.
−The room is quite out-dated. Most of the bathroom appliances were damaged.
+Best hotel i could get in Florence. Very nice staff and the breakfast was amazing 👏

「Terrible」
+Location
−Room was very old ,outdated ,Was taking shower in flip flops .Super dirty blankets .They charge way too much for what they offer.
+Location ok Clean no
+Horrid customer service, bare minimum ammenities, no breakfast as advertised, ant infestation, 80s rooms, with a decent bed, all around a true 1 star hotel would not recommend
