「As expected ✨」
+The location is fantastic - you really couldn’t ask for better! It’s right on the beach and just a short walk into town, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. We stayed in a sea view room on a room-only basis. The rooms are dated, but they were clean and the bed comfortable. Having visited many different parts of Italy, I’d say the style of décor is typical of many Italian hotels. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

「Not sure how this got such a high star rating, give this a miss.」
+From the outside, the area hasn’t even had a sweep outside of this old dilapidated hotel. Middle eastern folk urinate in the overgrown green area in front of the hotel. We paid B&B but I am not sure you could call it breakfast or even food. We skipped it after 2 days and ate out. The hotel hasn’t had any money spent on it in years. Bedroom small, shower build for a child. Bidet in the room but because there is no water pressure it serves no purpose. The minibar shows no pricing which may make you think it is free. Don’t be fooled. No useable sockets in the room for charging mobiles etc. no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Very disappointing

「Glorious holiday at the sea」
+The hotel is perfectly situated along the coast with a sea view. We had a sea view room with a balcony. There is nothing but a park between the hotel and the water. Beautiful view! The front desk was accommodating and helpful with reservations and directions. The room was large and well appointed. The shower is a little small and the water pressure sometimes variable. Overall the room was lovely and well appointed would stay again.

+No coffee pot or hot water kettle, and no microwave. I was led to believe that the property was on the beach. I had a beach view, but it wasn't on the beach. There were two streets that separated me from the beach. They advertised a parking garage, but it was full, so I had to pay 2 Euros an hour to park on the street. I later moved the car to a free spot a couple blocks away. The neighborhood dumpsters were right under my window, and everyone kept dumping their bottles at all hours of the night. But it building was relatively clean, and the breakfast was decent. It even had eggs and bacon for the Americans.

+The hotel has a fantastic view on the beach and the staff is very friendly but that´s it ! The room is horrible and old. Bed matress is bad. The bathroom is terrible. The Wifi does not work properly and ... the windows are not double glazing. It is impossible to sleep during the night you can hear everything down from the streets. To avoid !

+The property is in a great location, but very run down and dated. There is a lost opportunity as there is only breakfast offered as their restaurant is closed (same area as breakfast was served). There is no bar on the property. One of my traveling companions had a terrible experience with the cleanliness of his room, as well. My shower was leaking and flooded the bathroom during my stay.
