+Room is spacious and clean. Location is quiet at night and there is 7-eleven nearby. Breakfast taste good with nice coffee. Every staff that I have interacted with are very friendly and welcoming. Good vibe.
−Facilities are dated. One of the window lock is not properly screwed in. Floor is creaky. Lift is not working when I was staying there.

「Not very comfortable trip . But acceptable for 1 night .」
+1. The staff was fast to respond to the air con issue . 2. Good parking area but I could not see any security .
−1. Air con could not cool the room down 2. They could not allow a take away for breakfast since we were leaving at 3 am ., most hotel do give a sandwich to go .. 3. The lift was not working so we had to carry our luggage to the 2 nd Floor

+Great shower, excellent big bed, quiet. Better breakfast than some others in Malaysia. Excellent real coffee shop within the hotel for European style expresso drinks.
−Hotel De Leon is -numbered 1 and 2, which is very cinfusing, since they seem to be attached? Made it hard to order a GRAB.

The staff are well-prepared, attentive, and provide excellent service throughout the stay. A breakfast package is included, featuring comforting and tasty options suitable for all ages. Definitely a place I’d return to again.
