+Good hospitality and service. They have a cozy sitout area to enjoy the rain
−Didn't find it a 4 star hotel. So a bit of expectation mismatch. It is more like a 3 star hotel with 4 star rating.

「Overall OK」
+Breakfast: It met my expectations, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. They addressed all my queries promptly and professionally. A special mention goes to Imantha at the front office and the other young lady who was on the evening shift on the 3rd of October, both of whom provided excellent service and made my stay even more pleasant.
