「Simple, clean and great value, with a canal view!」
+We were contacted by the host the day before, who explained the self check-in in detail and in English, which made arrival very easy. The hotel is simple but tidy and clean, with lovely paintings in the lobby. We were lucky with our room: a brand-new bathroom and a balcony overlooking the canal, where we could hear the gondoliers whistling. Service boats pass early in the morning, but we had to be up early anyway, so it didn't bother us. There's a beautiful chandelier, which looks like Murano glass. The heating worked well, so it was warm at night. The beds were comfortable, and the room was cleaned during our stay: the bed was made and the rubbish taken out, which was a nice touch. There's a fridge in the hall and a kettle at reception. For around €100 a night in Venice, it was much better than I expected.
−The room is dated: worn carpet, office chairs at the table, and a not very presentable wardrobe. The pillows weren't very comfortable, and the two separate mattresses kept sliding apart. There were no cups, glasses or drinking water available.

+Très bien situé, assez propre, facile et arrangeant pour l’arrivée et le départ.
−Très bruyant, on entend chaque personne qui rentre dans l’hôtel car la porte est juste à côté de la chambre et les murs sont très fins. La vitre de la fenêtre était cassée et la porte était très grinçante.

+Malgré son côté vieillot l’hôtel était très propre et très bien situé dans Venise. Literie très très confortable.

「A great base to explore Venice. Great location and clean.」
+The hotel was very clean and really well positioned near Rialto bridge and a few minutes walk to St Marks Square. Our view from the window was amazing.

「War vollauf zufrieden. Buch ich beim nächsten Besuch wieder.」
+Problemloser Zugang, alles hat bestens geklappt. Im EinzelZimmer ist auf jeden Fall ein Waschbecken. Das Aussenbad mit Dusche ist gleich gegenüber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind tadellos. Verschiedene Lampen gibt es im Zimmer. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Blick aus dem Fenster, direkt darunter der Kanal, ist besonders. Am Eingang ist gleich eine Gepäckaufbewahrung und ein Kaffeeautomat mit sehr gutem Kaffee, sowie Getränken. Der Inhaber ist sehr nett und vertrauenswürdig. Kann es nur empfehlen.

+Öncelikle otelin en muhteşem özelliği konumu. Kanala bakan keyifli bir odada konakladık. Temizdi. Bahsedilen olanakların çoğu mevcuttu. Rialto köprüsünün çok yakınındaydık.
−Tabi tek yıldızlı olmasını göz önünde bulundurarak düşüneceğiz ama temelde klimanın çalışmıyor olması bir sorundu. Aktif olmadığı söylendi. Akşamları üşüdük. İkinci olarak yatak rahatsızdı. Çift kişilik yatak birleştirilmiş formdaydı. Ortadaki boşluk rahatsız etti. Yastıklar da kağıt gibiydi...

Thanks to its central location, all major attractions, restaurants, cafés... are within walking distance. Considering the generally high cost of accommodation in Venice, this hotel offers excellent value for money.
