「Great Location, great Staff.」

+Amazing staff and in a great location
−Air conditioning was loud and intermittent but unable to open windows. Bathroom design in studio rooms isn’t great : sliding door bangs as you open or close and glass means turning on the light in the night wakes everybody up - the only way to not disturb the other person is to use the bathroom in the dark and not close the door!

「Lovely hotel, but felt like a frat party」
+The decor and hotel itself were lovely. Staff were friendly.
−The pool became a pool party on Friday, sat and Sunday. Meaning guests could not quietly enjoy the pool space.

「Good stay but not worth 400.」
+Location, bed was comfy, people were good.
−Pool closed at 8pm, bathtub was dirty and corroded. Didnt feel comfortable using it. We paid more for a balcony room but it seems most rooms have balconies anyways. The breakfast we prepaid was a small set menu. We were first handed the breakfast menu with much more options then given the prepaid breakfast menu with only 5 or so items to pick from

「Nettes Stadthotel, für den Preis völlig in Ordnung」
+Recht zentrale Lage, man kann entspannt vor dem Hotel parken und entladen, Parkplatz in der Nähe. Das Personal war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Betten war groß und bequem. Aktuell ist vor dem Hotel eine riesige Baustelle/Baugrube, weshalb man eine tolle freie Sicht auf die Wolkenkratzer hat, das ist in zwei Jahren mit Sicherheit anders...
−Der Pool sieht auf den Fotos nach mehr aus, als er ist. Zu den Stoßzeiten ist er stark frequentiert. Die Baustelle sorgt natürlich für einigen Lärm, aber man befindet sich ja auch in einer Großstadt. Bei geschlossenem Fenster geht es.

「Clean hotel and very pretty」
+The location and cleanliness
−It was very over priced for just a pretty hotel. The pool was right next to the restaurant and the lobby which was weird. The restaurant and bar had ridiculously high prices even for the area.

「Fantastic location for checking out downtown Calgary!」
+Lovely sized room. The hotel is in the perfect location for walking to restaurants and bars! The parking is very handy and the staff were very helpful.
−We only stayed one night so didn't have time to enjoy all the facilities at the hotel sadly.
+It's a great location and staff and pool is great.
−It's just not great value

「Expensive for the services provided. Staff not very friendly」

−We had no pool. Our view was a brick wall. A/c was ridiculously noisy. No interaction from staff. Restaurant we’d been told about was closed.
