「It was a very nice stay」
+arrived at 10:30 PM, and the check-in process was extremely quick and smooth. The welcome and hospitality provided by the young man at the reception were truly exceptional. I would also like to highlight the excellent care and service provided by the ladies in the kitchen during breakfast. Their kindness, professionalism and attention to guests were outstanding. Overall, I was very impressed with the hospitality and the high standard of service. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!
−The pillows need to be replaced.

「Hôtel bien situé mais...」
+L emplacement nous convient très bien. Nous y venons depuis de nombreuses années une fois par an. Nous avions une suite au 3e étage cette fois.
−La déco commence toutefois à dater. Par ailleurs, nous avons signalé un bruit de goutte à goutte intermittent sur les canalisations qu il n a pas été possible de résoudre...cela nous a réveillé la nuit. Enfin, il était possible encore l an dernier d acheter une carte de parking à la journée dans les rues alentours, mais ce n est plus possible et cela complique singulièrement les possibilités de parking. Horodateurs à durée limitée.

「Tutto perfetto」
+Struttura vicina al centro, 10min a piedi. Ben pulita e una colazione ottima, con vastissima varietà di prodotti sia dolci che salati.

+Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral,in 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Vom Verkehr haben wir in unserem Zimmer in der 5. Etage nichts gehört, sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausreichend und frisch. Sind die Platten und Schüsseln halbleer kommt schon jemand zum auffüllen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
−Schade dass das Hotel keine Parkmöglichkeiten hat. Am 2. Abend sind wir eine halbe Stunde im Kreis gefahren bis wir endlich eine Parkmöglichkeit gefunden hatten.

「Returning guests are not valued here」
−I have been staying at this hotel every year for Oktoberfest for more than 15 years, yet there is no recognition of that loyalty. Instead, despite booking well in advance, I was given a corner room next to the elevator machinery and had to listen to the noise of the motors and lift mechanism around the clock. The room lacks even basic amenities: no slippers, no toothbrushes, and no toothpaste. The beds are two singles pushed together, and the mattresses are very hard! Otherwise, the hotel is quite clean, well located, and the housekeeping is good.

「Ein sehr engagierter, angenehmer Betrieb mit ebensolchem Personal.」
+Nettes Personal, sehr guter Kontakt vor Anreise, tolles Frühstück, sehr ruhiges Zimmer, keine gesichtslose Hotelkette! Dazu die U-Bahn um die Ecke, besser geht es nicht.
−Der Aufzug ist nur über Treppen erreichbar, kann für ältere Menschen mit Gepäck etwas mühsam sein, ist aber wohl der Architektur des Hauses geschuldet. Das mindert den positiven Eindruck kaum.
