「Exceeded my expectations!」
+Perfect location, very close to the cathedral, the central station, and city center with most must-see sights. Very helpful personnel both in reception and room service. Amazing room, super comfortable, huge bed and bathroom, could be a proper studio! Spotless clean. Excellent breakfast, spoiled for choice, and vast breakfast area, beautifully decorated. Very good on-site restaurant also.
−Bed mattress and pillows were too soft. Kitchen smell from the breakfast area could be felt on clothes afterwards.

「Perfect for a few days visiting.」
+This has absolutely top marks for how the hotel handled the accident we had. Very good otherwise too and the location could not be better. Staff brilliant.

「Will choose again for sure, when visiting for work and pleasure」
+Central location, helpful & friendly staff
−Exiting the hotel carpark was a challenge at times, withn the ANPR not recognizing my registered plate and the barrier not opening
