「would never stay there again」
+Really nothing...was put on the ground level after explaining we didn't feel safe. Were put in a handicap room which had no hot water.

−This hotel should not be listed as a Hilton. Is in disrepair, our room had no soda and no tissues although a tissue box cover was present. First room AC didn’t work, and hadn’t been addressed 3 hours after notifying the desk, necessitating a room move at 10pm

「slept well food was great staff was nice」
+Closeness to my injured workers doctor's office, right door, staff was very nice but unable to help me, dinner experience was great chicken noodle soup and a grilled chicken salad excellent and excellent staff in restaurant/bar I tipped him well you can ask him...I also tipped housekeeping because it wasn't their fault things weren't working properly Internet was cutting in and out I gave up and the TV had no signal on at least 15 channels after they checked it and it was said only 36 but after I left I tried other channels and got no signal, then I went to bed, no problem there, woke up took shower went to blow dry my hair dryer did not work called front desk got another one still didn't work so then I said it may be the plug in the bathroom that's bad, sure enough that's what it was the plug in the bathroom had no power/broken your a HILTON and standards were not meant at all, I am disputing my card, I have been a member for years and never had this experience before, your known for your high standards but not this location, great staff but don't take care of issues
−Internet cutting in and out after I finally got connected, TV had no signal on 15 channels, when they checked it, they noticed 36 had no signal but it happened on the other channels as well after they left...so I just went to bed next day unable to use the blow dryer in bathroom because the plug had no power it was broke
