「Grande struttura, pulita, con tutti i servizi vicini. Unico neo, il bagno troppo piccolo.」
+Pulizia ottimale, stanza ampia, posizione giusto di fronte alla fermata della metro, centro commerciale vicinissimo.
−Il bagno è piccolo e la tendina della doccia - corta - rende inevitabile bagnare il pavimento. Comodità del letto ok, ma niente di entusiasmante.

+Really easy to find. Authentic communist charm. Brilliant views over Sofia or of Vitosha mountain.
−The cutlery and crockery at breakfast was dirty. The sheet was too small for the bed and the mattress was just old and broken.

「AC water leaking onto the bathroom floor - a real slipping hazard」
−The air conditioning drained into the bathroom, so there was regularly a puddle on the floor. Because of the pattern on the tiles, you couldn’t see where the water was, which made it genuinely dangerous to walk in there. The bathroom also had black mould, and the room smelled musty.

「Mould, musty smell and no housekeeping」
−The bathroom had visible black mould, and the room had a persistent musty smell. Overall, it didn’t feel properly cleaned. There was no housekeeping during our stay, and the trash stayed there until we checked out. We also noticed stains on some of the bedding. At reception, the staff member on duty was often asleep, and the keys for other rooms could easily have been taken.

「Broken AC and mould」
−The air conditioning in our room didn’t work at all. We didn’t ask to move because, given the condition of the room, we worried another one might be worse. There was black mould in the bathroom and a constant musty smell. The receptionist was often dozing at the desk, and the room keys were within easy reach of anyone passing by, which didn’t feel secure.
