「Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ideal für ein Stopover in Lugano.」
+Freundliches Personal. Gute Lage, direkt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Vorne eine sehr befahrene Strasse. Mein Zimmer befand sich an der Gebäudeseite, sodass ich nicht durch den Verkehr gestört wurde. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist eher klein, aber für den Preis durchaus angemessen.

「Convent shelter」
+Proximity to the main station. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to help.
−I was freezing, the heating wasn’t turned on, we turned it on and at some point it turned off automatically after midnight. We couldn’t contact anyone and I woke up a bit sick.

「One of the best hotels in Lugano, Switzerland 🇨🇭」
+The reception staff is very friendly. This is a very good hotel, with a very clean, spacious room and a large private bathroom. If I go back to Lugano, Switzerland, we will both stay at this hotel again. I would recommend this hotel to others. I appreciate the service of the reception staff. The hotel staff gave us two 'Ticino' tickets for free travel throughout Lugano, and these tickets were completely free.

−В номере небыли стаканов для питьевой воды ,чайника. Мебель немного уставшая.
