+Staff were really lovely. Liked the ethnicity. Food was very good. Currently being revamped. Lovely to stay there again after 12 years.

+Heel vriendelijk personeel. Ze hadden waterproblemen en zijn bezig met een enorme opknapbeurt, dus in de toekomst zal het er nog mooier zijn. Maar ze hebben er alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf comfortabel te maken.

「I would stay again」

−The room was so cold, and the heater there was broken. I asked for another one, and we were given a broken one again

「Disappointed Visitor」
+The location , it is close to the city Mbabane.
−Wifi is nonexistent, we had to ask the staff to Hotspot us, and eventually when they got the wifi sorted it was cut off at 20h00. The tea and coffee in the rooms were not kept in containers, they must also get nice blankets....we were so cold we even borrowed a heater from reception bcz the one in our chalet wasn't working. The chalets dont have Tvs but then they said they are upgrading the property so hopefully all of these will be sorted.

「ok」
+breakfast was tasty. room was OKish clean. showe had hot water and presure was decent. heater in the room was working on minimum and didn’t heat the room at all, outside was 4 degrees, barely with any heating..imagine that.
−road till the hotel is rough. there is nothing around the hotel so somehow you have to eat dinner there, but it is pricey. room was extremly cold

「A very bad experience」

−No signage on road. We had terrible trouble finding it. The staff members attitude at breakfast was appalling. Was not interested in serving us. The food that was provided did not match what we ordered. It was advertised as a buffet breakfast but only 6 people staying. We understand it must be then an order system but when told there were extra charges for things we ordered this is not fair.

+Very friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating for our late arrivals and early starts. Breakfast is delicious!

「Good」
+The resort was good overall, including the friendly staff. Restaurant staff in special were very friendly and helpful and were rewarded for this.
−My only complain is the staff close to reception talking at the early hours of the morning, could have been the lodge security, that did not allow us to fall a sleep.
