「A Complete Disappointment」
+Honestly there was nothing I liked except for that the hotel had restaurant to eat if needed not going out in search for food. However, the food was not of good quality.
−A Complete Disappointment Extremely disappointing from start to finish. I genuinely regret booking this hotel without doing a more thorough review analysis beforehand. What was supposed to be an enjoyable family trip turned into a frustrating and deeply disappointing experience. The problems started right at reception, where the service and response from the staff member were far below expectations. After travelling all the way from Tirana to Shkodër, the last thing I expected was to be let down at almost every turn. 1. Swimming pool closed without prior notice One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was to spend quality time with my family enjoying the swimming pool. Unfortunately, we arrived to discover that the pool was closed, with no prior notice or information provided to guests. My entire trip had been planned around enjoying the hotel facilities, and my son was particularly disheartened by this disappointment. A simple notification before arrival would have allowed us to make an informed decision. 2. Room booked was not the room provided I had booked a family room with a bathtub, but instead, I was given a double room that did not match my booking. I politely requested t

+Dobra lokalizacja przy trasie. Smaczne jedzenie.
