+Great location. Room was clean. Afternoon clerk was nice. Indeed does have a bbq and nice outdoor sitting area.
−There was no blanket on the bed which was weird. No extra roll of toilet paper. The ice machine was out but you could ask for ice at the front desk. The water jug in the common area wasn't refilled at all over the weekend.

−The first room we checked into was not cleaned or ready there was no towels or bedding on the beds garbage was still in the cans. The second room was just fine it was clean and there was bedding and towels

+My room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was listed as for 'handicapped/wheelchair accessible room' and everything worked - good lighting, good tv. very comfortable and the magnetic keys worked just fine, something that doesn't always happen. The hotel/motel is not new, but pains have been taken to make it modernized with an adequate breakfast and coffee available early for the traveler who likes to get on the road. The check-in clerk was efficient and friendly.
