「Mixed feelings the noise ruined the stay other wise it was great」
+Clean nice room and great location
−The noise even with ear plugs students make noise until 5 am only got a few hours sleep not ideal for people who are on a work visit

「A good value stay in the centre of town」
+Large room Good location. Clean and comfortable
−The entrance is a bit basic, in an alley by the bins but not really a problem. The bar was closed while I was there so I don’t know how noisy it would be. Earplugs were provided! ( not used)

+Loved how lovely the woman on the phone was when I had issued getting in, she was reassuring and helped straight away after she answered the phone within second
−The only issue I had was I booked from booking.com and they gave me a code as well as the lady who messaged me.Therefore i used the wrong code to get into the building but after I phoned, she was very helpful and told me that she’d sent a separate phone message as well that had all the details I needed! Don’t blame the people running the establishment for that mix up but in future it might be something that could be resolved between the booking website I used as it might be an issue for future guests. But overall the system worked really quickly and I felt same throughout as there was a code for each door.

+Spacious room and comfortable bed. It was clean.
−The entrance by the bins is not great. The first door lock was stiff. The second lock was awkward. I passed the keysafes and had to go back downstairs to look for them.

+Location excellent in the middle of Aberystwyth close to all amenities and the seafront and large comfortable rooms. Heather and team have done a great job @ Harley's

−No parking. You can park outside for 30mins. Overnight we parked on the street near St Michael's place
