「DONT STAY HERE.」
+It had air con, the bed was comfy enough to sleep in, the bathroom was clean. The walls were clean.
−We didn’t get breakfast like we paid for. The staff were unhelpful and unreliable. The chairs were broken, curtains were stained and there was a KNIFE under the bed! When we arrived, we were extremely hungry and tired due to the travel (every traveller will be the same as it’s long from sigiriya to kandy). We were assured we could get food quicker and nixer there than anywhere else so we ordered. We were then asked if we were happy to wait a maximum of 1 hour and we reluctantly said yes. We waited 2 hours and the kitchen and reception ignored all our calls and messages. Just as we were about to order something, the food came. Cold and the staff were rude and missed things of our order. The ‘chicken burger’ was chopped chicken and carrot and a mystery slice of gone off meat. The Sri Lankan food was awful, the chicken was 90% bone and it was genuinely inedible and cold. This is the dish that was the cause of the ‘delay’. I completely broke down at this point, and spent the rest of the evening crying. The staff didn’t care and just wanted us to write a good review,. They reluctantly took the food away and said they would inspect it to make sure we hadn’t eaten it, and kept using coerc

+El personal es muy amable, cenamos y comimos ahí, la comida estaba muy rica, las vistas de la ciudad son preciosas. Está bastante alto, pero nosotros algún día subimos andando y a pesar de tardar un poco es algo que se puede hacer.
