+The restaurant was good value with lovely staff
−The hotel, reception and bedrooms are stuck in the 80s. Very tired and shabby decor. It's as hotels used to be 40 years ago. And they were not great then. However, my partner has stayed before and warned me. We stayed in a do called superior room. We did see an ordinary room ,which a friend was staying in and it was just the same so hard to distinguish between them.

「Filled our needs for a one night stay.」
+Breakfast was good, location was spot on, restaurant was excellent, staff were all very helpful and attentive.
−The decor throughout the hotel looked tired and in need of a revamp, the bar and restaurant were fine.

「I would cerrtainly consider staying here again if I was ever down at the NEC.」
+The staff were vary friendly and very helpful. the dinner in the evening and the breakfast in the morning was very nice and good value for money.
−Room was clean and comfortable albeit it a little tied and need of an upgrade. the hall car[pet was also dated.

「Pleasant stay in good location」
+Friendly staff, comfortable room, great breakfast, decent TV in room.
−Wifi was very poor - often unusable. Room could use a bit of refreshing in terms of the decor. Was a few cobwebs present on checking in.

「Really lovely old fashioned hotel」
+Good location I was attending a show at the NEC for 2 days and it was only a 14min drive. Great staff, lovely breakfast, comfortable bed and clean Tilly room and bathroom. Breakfast room was really nice, service really excellent and a good choice of cooked or continental. Would happily stay again
−There was nothing I did not like, it all depends on what’s important to you. Hotel is old fashioned which Is not an issue, rooms could benefit from some painting but again not important to me.
