「Nice hotel and restaurant.」
+Friendly efficient staff, Well situated Clean, good food, service and good helpings in the restaurant. Good facilities.
−Double bed and single bed in our room. Single bed in particular would benefit from a new mattress. An unusual lay out with things a bit dated. I'm not sure what can be done for an affordable price - perhaps the owners are working on it?

+It was a lovely quiet place to stop off at before we continued our travels. The location was ideal, and a short walk to stroll around Peebles. We'd certainly stay there again if in the area.
−There was nothing negative about staying at the Green Tree Hotel.

「Perfectly located, very friendly stay」
+Very well located, the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout. The place itself has a charm and quirk of an older building.
−The bed and pillows were a little firm/flat.

−The Green Hotel was very clean, a wee bit tired in places. However, this would certainly not put me off staying here again 😀

「If I ever return to Peebles I would consider looking at other hotels in the area」
+Clean, staff were friendly, bed was good and breakfast was OK
−We were in the attic, stair carpet was old and bare in places, windows would not open and caused a lot of condensation plumbing in the toilet was old and it took ages for the hot water to run through the tap Overall although the room was clean it was very dated
