「Clean and comfy with good breakfast with 10 min walk to town」
+Very comfy bed and pillows and an amazing bathroom which had the choice of a quality bath and separate huge shower. Lovely breakfast too, though we had to pre order the night before.
−Cheap, thrown together kitchen unit for a wardrobe. Really was a shame considering the quality of the luxury en-suite. Also an unfinished corner skirting. Might not sound much, but there was a huge black hole that was unpleasant to look at. Window opening was very high so had to stand on a chair to open as room was very hot.

「Perfect for what we needed」
+Great location for centre of Perth, parking outside available. Comfortable bed, large room well appointed. Nice breakfast and helpful staff

「Lovely overnight stay」
+A wee glitch when we arrived as the owner wasn't expecting us. After some investigation it was sorted and we were shown to our room which was spacious and clean. The bathroom was lovely which had been newly refurbished.
−Everything was good including the lovely breakfast 😋
