「Cold water, no one at front desk, toe nail clippings in room. Broken bench. Terrible accommodations.」

「Will not stay again」
+It was close to everything
−It was grossly over priced. Paid almost 300 for a room that deserved way less. There were stains on the carpet and chair. There was a stain on the bathroom tile like dripping down the wall. The towel rack was falling out of the wall and they cut a hole in the curtain to go out around the ac unit. Also for a place that doesn't accept pets, I definitely heard a dog barking in another room. Very disappointing.

「Gorham Motor Inn is not fancy but it is USUALLY clean.The owners are very nice. I will return.」
+My friend and I have been staying at the Gorham Motor Inn for decades. It is in a perfect location for what we need. When we were not happy with the first room they gave us, they graciously offered us a different room. No problem.
−The Gorham Inn has always been satisfactory. But this year it was a little off. It wasn't as clean as it usually is. There wasn't any Kleenex in the room. They didn't offer a breakfast or brewed coffee in their office/welcome room. I don't like using the coffee maker that any motel offers. You never know what the previous occupant might have used it for. Yuck.

「Dirty won't go back」

−The place has gone down hill significantly. The bed was very loud with every move and rooms are nasty. Will never stay here again
「Stinks」

−The office closes early, too early. The vending machine doesn't work. The room stinks. (Humidity) The bed was very uncomfortable. Didn't see any bugs but I kept expecting to see some. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

「Great location not a good sleep」
+Pool outside if had been warmer we would have used it. Convince of being local.
−Walked in something was on the rug. The bathroom was clean. The bathtub didn't work. The bed was hard as a rock no give whatsoever. You didn't even leave an indent when you sat on it.

「Very dirty smelly stay」

−The room was so dirty and smelly says go out back enjoy the creek but there was so much appliances and garbage it was awful
