+Breakfast was adequate, loved the homemade fresh bread supplied
−Entrance to our upstairs, smelt very musty. Was disappointed to not have any hot water to have a spa bath in the evening on our last day

「All the comforts of home」
+On walking into our room, we loved the panoramic view of the harbour from the bay window - great spot to sit with a cuppa & enjoy. Plenty of space in the room & comfy beds. Brekky was a nice touch, including the homemade cob loaf. Quiet location yet only about 3 minutes from town. We would certainly stay again, well done!
−Kitchenette had the basics, but could do with a few additional utensils

+Excellent views, lovely staff, cute little breakfast basket filled each morning, solid kitchenette. I slept in one of the bunk beds and it was so soft and plenty warm.

−Noisy in night time .toilet tank was very noisy when flushed it . Water dripping sound was very nice during night sleep . Toilet should be fully renovated
