−When we are booking the hotel in website put good picture but when we are arrival in hotel, and then we want to the room is so poor condition too much dusting many mosquito inside toilet also too much dirty also no shower gel no shampoo no hand wash liquid and very poor condition mattress and they don’t provide good duet they just give us poor blanket to us and they charge money for us deluxe room. & very unhygienic in breakfast area two and even they don’t have a any transport system to go anywhere we are not satisfied stay to this hotel they don’t help to give us any transport number so we can’t go outside too and room is too much hot 🥵 they have a AC inside in room but not proper working even so we can sleep well 😴 there and I can say you should ask them give you proper detail and proper photography too so people can trust you too because I am trust Booking.com people not hotel people and when we check out in morning they didn’t even wake up. We wait there 20 minute and one men came we asked to him we want check out and we won’t to put our luggage inside to safety and we won’t go temple and we tell him after temple we can colleague our luggage bag, but he said to us you can le

+Resort was beautifully constructed and maintained well
−Terrible experience. The staff were rude and uncooperative, even refusing to properly honor our booking from Booking.com just because it was cheaper. There was no food available at night, and due to the hard-to-find location, our Swiggy order took over 2 hours. They also unfairly charged a late checkout fee for leaving at 1 pm, despite empty rooms, and ignored our requests. Absolutely not recommended,avoid this place.

「Stay is quite wonderful 👍」
+Ambience,water sports , game zone and near to chha r dham and prem mandir.
+The rooms smelled bad, The towels were bad and wet. Bathroom was stinky Location was bad .it is very far from the main temples . Staff was helpful but everything else sucked
