「Bad」
+Extremely disappointing experience for the price!! While the location and staff were decent, the stay overall was a major disappointment. Both the room and bathroom were in a run-down condition, and the bathroom lacked basic ventilation with no exhaust vent. To make matters worse, the ancient air conditioner rattled loudly throughout the entire night, making sleep nearly impossible. Considering the price charged, this level of upkeep is unacceptable. Highly disappointing experience.

「For one night the Motel is totally fine.」
+My neighbors were really loud in the middle of the night and the staff took care of it really quick! Motel is right next to the lake with a private beach which is really nice.
−Furniture is a little old. It could use some improvement. There were also a lot of spider webs and the bathroom could be little cleaner.

−Corridor lights disturbed our sleeping. Sounds from the uneven wooden corridor is annoying!

「We only spent one night there, comfortable enough but probably wouldn’t return.」
+The location was great. Spent some time wading in the lake, beautiful setting. The outside areas could have been a little cleaner.
−We had 2 rooms. One room had a very old air conditioner, the floor was pulling up at the entrance to the bathroom. The other room we had was better and more updated.

「Lovely lakefront location with clean, comfortable rooms!」
+Absolutely loved the location directly on Lake Champlain! Staff were very friendly and accommodating and our room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again.
−There was some audible arguing from other hotel guests in the early morning hours.

−Filthy rooms, aggressive drug addicts all over, open air drug sales/use, AC was broken, bed blankets smelled and had burn marks. Bathroom was unforgivable- Id need a shower to clean THAT shower off. My kids were nervous after 2 different drug addicts approached us aggressively. Saw a man doing the fentanyl fold on a bicycle outside our room. Left after 2 hours. This place is like hell. Steer clear.

「Overpriced and Lacking」
+The bed was comfortable and the fridge was a nice bonus, having cable TV in the room was brilliant, the location on the lake is unique, and having McDonalds next door is convenient. It was also pleasantly quiet when I went.
−However, the Internet did not work at all. This ended up costing me £20 in data roaming charges! There was also no air conditioning, so the room was extremely cold (No difference between outside and inside, had to wear a jacket in bed). The location is also a decent walk from Plattsburgh if you find that an issue. Overall - paying $99 a night is overpriced, and does not refect the quality of the accomidation
