Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff. Convenient to town center.
Clean and quiet property at a convenient location. Friendly staff and easy walk to town center.
A great home base to explore the surrounding area
From the picture my expectations were not high. We were pleasantly surprised. Upddated, very clean, room was very large, bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.
Enjoyed the front desk staff she was very nice and helpful with info about the area.
Nice place to stay
Staff was terrific - we stayed on the lower floor (of 2) and could hear the people walking around over us (a family with young kids)- more loudly than expected. Would ask for the 2nd floor when booking
Convenient. Clean
We enjoyed our stay! Room was very clean and very spacious. We loved that it wasn’t right in the middle of town but a very short walk to the square.
「Disappointing but clean and usable.」
So to start this review , whilst I have given this a 2 it isn’t a bad motel, however this is compared to other places we have stayed at and the price you pay. I paid over $900 for 4 nights. What you are paying for is the location. It is walking distance to the town centre. What has clearly happened is this quaint little town has been over run with billionaires which has pushed the price of everything up and I understand that. This hotel was probably the cheapest in the town but still very expensive for what you get. I don’t know if this price is because of the rates they have to pay or whether they have hiked the price because of demand and location. If it is the later which I think it will be , the level of accommodation should have been upgraded. The beds were 2 queen beds and were the hardest and most uncomfortable, you couldn’t lay on your side it hurt so much. We were on the ground floor and whilst the people above were not stomping every floorboard creaked when they moved even the slightest. So for 4 nights we had hardly any sleep. The positives were the room was very clean and housekeeping came in every day and were brilliant. The toilets are low to the ground they fill almo
