「Very relaxing stay」
+Really enjoyed our stay! Fantastic facilities & clear instructions to self check in. Good location very close to Como Lago station and the lakeside. Perfect place to relax! Would definitely recommend
−The overhead shower head didn't work as well as the other 2 and the door to the shower didn't close securely so some water ran onto the floor but that is pretty much our only issue.

+After travelling for 3 months straight this was the first place that felt like home. Owner was super responsive and there for any questions I had. Loved this place so much I booked an extra night

「Great location and lovely and clean room!」
+Clean and nice apartment. Room was lovely and exactly as photographed. The location was brilliant, very close to the lake and train station - easy to get to. The instructions to access the property were given to us on the day and we didn’t have any issues getting in.
−The two rooms pictured share a hallway, this wasn’t an issue but we weren’t aware this was the case when we booked - there is some noise when the other guests come in and out of the main door to the apartment. Both apartments have separate facilities otherwise.

「Very nice design in a residential bld. A bit overpriced overall experience」
+Location of property. The design and very nice furniture, coffee machine.
−On the listing, it says a minibar and invoice provided. the minibar wasn’t working. The shower control switch broke. So I could only use the shower coming off a small stream. This problem was fixed on second night. Due to these problems, the host was kind enough to let me check out at noon and leave my luggage there until the afternoon. I needed the invoice or receipt which they’ve failed to provide after one week and numerous attempts contacting them. This seems like a private host and may not suit the need of travellers who like to stay in hotel style.
