「Nice place to stay but a little difficult to find」
+I liked the apartment setting and having a chance to meet fellow travelers who were staying in the apartment. I liked that Gery was there when we arrived and gave us some useful information about the apartment and things nearby. Everything was clean and well maintained, and I appreciated having a kitchen with a refrigerator and other appliances that we could use. Checkout was late enough that we were able to do some touring in Lucerne the next morning before we checked out. The bus stop is very close to the apartment, which made it easy to go to the lake and the old part of town.
−My only criticism is that it was a little difficult to find the apartment. It was not obvious from the street where the apartment was, even when we got to near where the address was, and there was no sign at street level indicating Gery's Camp was there. We asked someone to help us, and though he didn't know the location, he walked around through the alley to the door that is the entrance to the apartment. Gery met us at the door when we rang the bell, so that was good. It would be good to provide clear instructions to renters on how to find the apartment.
