「Need renovation」
+Good location, private parking spaces.
−The condition of the property was unsatisfactory. The courtyard was poorly maintained, and anodized nails were scattered on the driveway. The room window could not be opened, and both the outdoor kitchen and seating area were dirty. The single bed was placed directly next to a sewage connection. The shower had no holder for the shower head, and there was no shelf or surface for toiletries. The kitchenware and cutlery were left unwashed. The staff was not welcoming; they became visibly uncomfortable when we did not hand over our identification documents, even though these were required for crossing the border and we could not leave them in someone else’s possession.
