「Poor」
−Extremely poor description of so called hotel room. It is an apartment not a hotel. It took us an hour to find a way in. The directions sent by Booking.com were useless. The entrance needs a sign telling guests to check in at a hotel down the road. Breakfast is in the hotel down the road. We stayed in five hotels on this holiday. This hotel was the weakest. The door is in poor condition. The handle on the inside came off.

+Posizione centralissima e comoda, possibilità di avere posto macchina (a pagamento 16 euro al giorno....)
−Centrale e quindi rumorosa perlomeno il sabato sera. Ho portato con me il mio cane ed ho pagato 15 euro per una notte, ma per contro non c'era nemmeno una ciotola per l'acqua o qualsiasi altra cosa per un cane....

「Es war sehr schön」
+Sehr schönes, grosses Zimmer, gutes Frühstück
−Nur Kleinigkeiten, aber diese würden den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen: Die meiste Zeit über funktionierte das WLAN im Zimmer nicht. Der Zimmersafe liess sich nicht schliessen, da sich der Schlüssel nicht drehen liess; immerhin brachte der Service Batterien, die ein Schliessen über den "0000" Pincode (Werkseinstellung) ermöglichte. In der Dusche fehlte eine Ablagemöglichkeit für Flaschen mit Duschgel/Shampoo, und eine Schachtel Kleenex beim Lavabo sollte doch eigentlich Standard sein. Zudem stand anfangs nur ein Badetuch für zwei Personen zur Verfügung.

+Lage war super und das Zimmer groß
−Klimaanlage bläst leider nur nach oben, was zu Folge hatte, dass es nie angenehm wurde und man das Rollo nicht schließen konnte

「Cremona is amazing, these rooms are just OK.」
+These rooms are an extension of a nearby hotel placed right next to the cathedral in an historic building. The location is great, but I'm not sure it is better than just being in the actual hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was lovely with many options and the staff there were very attentive and helpful. In the guesthouse, you are mostly on your own. The rooms were clean and the wifi worked well.
−I didn't love the tower rooms. They were furnished in a very modern, minimalist aesthetic like the hotel and the only reference to the historic nature was in the weird skeleton key to enter the room, which was awkward to use. There wasn't a ton of soundproofing, so you can hear everything happening in the bathroom. It also overlooks the street and edge of the piazza, so you can hear everything happening in town at the same time.
