「Good location. Great staff.」
+Lovely welcome on arrival. Great staff throughout stay. Room quiet at back of pub. Breakfast included was continental but included porridge which was great.
−There was a gap around the door which we had to try and block with a blanket. The heating didn’t work although the manager got it working after a little while. Extender plug didn’t work although to be fair we only commented on this as we left so they were aware.

「Value for money」
+The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was well equipped and we liked that there was a fridge in the room. Continental breakfast was included and we paid extra for cooked items - all of which was good quality and tasty. Warm welcome from staff.
−The bed was unfortunately not comfortable and the mattress should probably be replaced. We had dinner in the pub - the staff were friendly and working hard to provide good service, although there were some delays. We felt the menu was limited and although we were disappointed in the starters, we could not fault the mains.

「A little gem. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Good food with today's specials.」
+Beautiful setting in the Cotswolds. Ideal for exploring the area. Room was big and well equipped. Staff was very welcoming. Loved the breakfast with very nice croissants.

「Sehr gemütliches Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Essen und sehr freundlichem Personal.」
+Rezeption mit Kaminzimmer, Essräume . Zimmer zum Garten - sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Außerdem Kaffee, Tee, Milch und Wasser, kleiner Kühlschrank. Sehr gutes Essen im Pub, toller Service.

「Relaxing comfortable loved the vintage style of the rooms, bar and restaurant」
+Breakfast was lovely, well organised and cooked very well lovely poached eggs Choice of continental and cooked very good Staff were very helpful,professional and friendly to their Scottish cousins 🙂

+Accommodation was lovely, room large and very clean and decorated to a high standard with fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge and a personalised letter to welcome us. We were in room 9, which was one of the buildings separated from the main hotel. Staff were very helpful and looked after us really well.
−We had a booking at The Farmers Dog and had to pay £25 each way for a taxi, as no taxi firms situated locally, but this was not a fault of the hotel, just an observation.
