+La struttura è in una delle strade che dà sul Duomo, quindi la posizione era ottima. Lo staff é stato gentilissimo, permettendoci di effettuare un check in anticipato, vista la disponibilità. Erano presenti articoli per il bagno e cialde per il caffè
−La struttura era al primo piano del palazzo, durante il nostro soggiorno l'ascensore, antico, non funzionava. E anche per accedere al nostro appartamento c'erano delle scale. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma in caso di necessità lo segnalerei.

「New favorite place to stay in Firenze」
+We have a very enjoyable stay at First of Florence and would happily stay there again on our next trip there. We loved the apartment's amenities. The A/C was very beneficial as it was during the hottest summer months Italy had ever seen. The location is superb. You walk downstairs, you have restaurants, gelato, and the view of the Duomo on your left. Firenze's old town is very walkable, so we were able to get around without a problem navigating the classic narrow streets. Highly recommended, but not too much because we want to make sure there is room for us as well!
−There is very little we didn't like about the accommodation. The signage of the property could have been a bit more visible. The shower fittings need a little repair. Everything else was great.

「A comfortable relaxing place in a fabulous location. The Academia, Uffizi, Duomo were all close.」
+A sitting area, a kitchen and laundry facilities meant that we were able to relax in the evenings.
−The shoer screen in the bathroom was broken which made showering very messy. The sofas were tired and needed cleaning. Some of the lamp shades on the wall sconces needed prelacing.

「Fantastic stay in the heart of Florence」
+I stayed at First of Florence with my wife and our two kids (aged 5 and 1), and we absolutely enjoyed our stay! I’d like to start by appreciating our host, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He proactively contacted us before our arrival to confirm our arrival time, greeted us at the property, and even helped us with our luggage. It was a very pleasant experience! The property has beautiful, classic Italian decor, and the location is perfect. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, a supermarket just a stone’s throw away, and the Duomo is only a short walk away. Almost all the major attractions are within walking distance, and there’s also a bus stop nearby. The living room is spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick or light meal. The upstairs bedroom is cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at First of Florence. We would happily choose to stay here again on our next visit to Firenze!
