+If you only have a few people staying -don’t put them next to each other. The walls are paper thin. We hear noise from both side of our room. Tv, beds moving and car doors. Averaged about 3 hours of sleep for the night. It’s clear you have some great ideas in the works but I would definitely work on acoustics or separating people when possible. We also had to cover the window of the door with a towel and a jacket because the lights outside were so bright it lit up the whole room.
+It appeared that someone pooped in the shower on a prior stay and nobody cleaned it out. Otherwise it was a nice place

+Skip this place. Run down, spare furnishings, no smoke detector, VERY lound next to road and neighbors, sink was 4×8 " approx. Bed uncomfortable and found a bug in it.
+The property was cute and the room had a very "cabin" feel to it (intentional). My only minor complaint was the the curtains on the door and windows did not provide much to block the parking lot lights, so a little difficult to fall asleep. I would stay again, though.

+It was alittle different outside behind their property for outdoor accommodations.

「Don't stay here!」
+There was no Wi-Fi as advertised. The shower didn't drain and flooded the floor. Room was not maintained for garbage. Bathroom was too tiny. I couldn't reach the light switch in the bathroom; it was on top of the light above the mirror. We had issues of the manager telling us we had not paid the right amount and ask for more We had the receipt for payment in full. The room and the property looked rundown. The room is not nearly as nice as the picture shows. I have video of the room as we left.
+We received confirmation texts the evening of our stay. We arrived about 11:00 p.m. and were greeted by the cleaning staff who told us that none of the rooms were clean or available. The manager had quit that day and nothing had been done. I am still waiting for my refund. We drove 30 miles to find a hotel that could accomodate us and our dogs.
