「Clean, comfortable, good value」
−There was a double booking problem on first day. Location required a short bus ride into town centre.

「Worth a stay but not my best experience」
+Always a nice stay for the boro area. Close to the stadium a lot of shops and leisure around, parmo house on same street.
−Police round at the property during my stay wasn’t a very nice thing to comeback to, a lot of yelling and hostility between house guests while was there.

「My stay」
+The room was very clean and smelt nice . Bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep .struggled to gain entry as had never used self check in before but upon ringing owner he was very helpful in explaining how to sort it .
−The room would be even better if kettle available but was great for price paid

「Good」
+The location was very good. It was very basic but we just needed a place to sleep for the night. Bed was very comfortable. Could do with blackout curtains so it's abit darker in the morning. Was good value for money overall
