+Location was good.
−Hire more cleaners! The place smelled bad, there were dirty fingerprints around every doorway and the pillow cases were stained. They should take out that awful carpet, buy new bedsheets and scrub the place. Then paint and maybe update the furniture.

「A decent room for the price but in the future, I」
+We chose this hotel due to the price primarily. As they say, you get what you pay for. It was decent for one night.
−The bathroom mirror was very dirty, some streaks in it that won't come out but I took a washcloth and washed off a lot of dirt. Toilet had big rust stains. The AC dripped water on the carpeting. Probably why the room had an odd smell. The manager came into the room when I first checked in to make sure everything was OK. He found that a remote for the TV was missing but he went and got one. It was just a bit weird that he had to come into the room to make sure it was OK. I didn't fully inspect the bathroom at the time. Also wasn't aware of the AC dripping.

「We put up with it as it was only for night. We won’t be back.」
+Great location with good eating spots in walking distance. Was cheaper than nearby motels.
−The carpet smelled. The bell was answered promptly but service was poor. We were refused another room. When we requested towels, there was resistance “there should be towels”, as if we hadn’t checked.

「BE PREPARED TO PAY MORE MONEY. SNEAKY PEOPLE」
+Truth be known? The convince store across the street.
−Overcharged me. Even through booking. Com. Was told that they don't Honor booking com. Was told they don't charge enough. Booked 11 nights and found out even though I have the receipt saying 11nights I was told by the owner after the 8th night that I owed 3 nights pay now or get out. Then I booked another 6 nights. Shows checkout for Friday July 2ns was told on the Thursday July 1st at 3,:30pm when I just got back from work that check out was 230pm and I owed a night and cancelled my key from opening my door to get my stuff.

+Kun luin muiden arvosteluja niin aika ristiriitainen kuva paikasta. Omasta mielestä henkilökunta oli asiallista ja paikka hinta laatusuhteelta kohtuulinen. Huoneen siisteys oli ihan kohtuullinen ja ei mitään iso valittamista. Kyllä täällä voi majoittua lyhen aikaan helposti.
−Ainoa mistä annan hieman miinusta niin jääkaapin tiivisteissä eli torakoita. Jos noita ei olisi niin muuten ihan hyvä paikka majoittua.
