「This once funky motel is now a tired motel」
+location was great - right on the beach. Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful
−The pool was not in use (looks like it has been out of use for some time. No wifi for 1.5 days of a 2 day stay. Then it was weak. There were several insects in the room. I think the room had not been used recently.

+Our stay at this motel was very disappointing. Everything in the room was old, worn out, and outdated. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There were no basic kitchen items available,not even plates, spoons, forks, or other essential utensils. The room lacked the most basic amenities, making our stay very inconvenient. Overall, the room was not clean, the furniture and equipment were in very poor condition, and many of the items were not usable. We were very dissatisfied with our experience and would not recommend this motel.

+The hotel is right on the beach, a great location. I'm giving it a high rating because the owner allowed our friends to park their car and spend half a day with us on the beach. He also gave us a new pot when I asked, and the owner let us make popcorn in her own microwave, as there isn't one in the rooms. Although we booked the Falcon Resort, the room itself was in the hotel next door. Its name has something to do with Spain, but I don't remember exactly. They're owned by the same people. There were two outdoor pools, one heated and one not. There was also a heated jacuzzi. The beach was wonderful, there were almost no people. The water was warm and the lake was shallow, perfect for small children. We only stayed at the hotel for two nights, only going to our room to sleep. We loved everything.
−Only two of the four burners on the stove worked. There was nowhere to hang wet swimsuits and towels and there was no table outside the room where you could go out and sit and drink tea or coffee. There is no microwave in the room. There were no pans or pots in the room, we asked them. In some places it was dirty and we washed it ourselves.

+I liked the apartment layout. I will use that to make develop the rooms in my building back in Bangladesh.

−Everything looks dirty from the hallway when you arrive and inside the room, the shower curtain had mold, the sink trap was full of mold and the water did not drain easily.
