+Host is a very nice person. House was perfectly clean. Location is very good. I will love to stay here again.
−Shower Water flow was very low. Shower need to be replaced. Towels also need to be replaced.

「Grazie Victor」
+Victor un host discreto, ma disponibile. Nella stanza c'è tutto quello che serve: microonde, macchina del caffè (americano) e bottigliette d'acqua. Letto super comodo. Bella l'odea del libro degli ospiti!
−Il parcheggio lungo strada può essere un problema se si rientra tardi.

+It was a house's room, not a hotel, but Victor was very coporative and friendly person. I booked this hotel for myself, but at the last moment my 2 friends joined me. Thanks victor for providing us the air mattress and acomodaion with my friends.

+Super netter Gastgeber der Viktor Hat mir mächtig geholfen klarzukommen, dafür ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön und Daumen hoch... Lage Super zentral gelegen zwischen Airport/Santa Monica/Downtown Hab mich äußerst wohl und sicher gefühlt. Schöne, ruhige und sichere Wohngegend. Supermarkt 5 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß. Einfach toll... Sehr zu empfehlen... Danke nochmals für alles Viktor und deine tolle Hilfe...

+La casa del Victor i ell molt acollidors i en una zona tranquil.la. Te nevera i microones. Matalàs molt comode. Pots aparcar al carrer davant mateix. Hi ha supermercats i burgers aprop. Si tens cotxe ben ubicat per visitar diferents parts de LA

「Amazing Neighbourhood with chances of seeing Hummingbirds.」
+The neighbourhood is extraordinary. It is super calm, modern and with lots of green. It also has Hummingbirds that you can see if you're lucky (which we were :D). The Host was very caring and happy to chat. Additionally, there's a good supermarket within 15mins by foot.
